Do you offer online therapy only?

Yes. I offer virtual therapy only. Online therapy allows flexibility, continuity, and accessibility for adults throughout Texas, especially during major life transitions or times of change.

Do you accept insurance?

I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare/Optum, Cigna, as well as private pay. Insurance coverage varies by plan, and clients are encouraged to verify benefits directly with their provider.

What is the cost of therapy sessions?

My standard fee is $145 for a 60-minute therapy session. Any fees for services not covered by insurance are discussed clearly before scheduling.

What is life transitions therapy?


Life transitions therapy focuses on supporting individuals through major changes, such as career shifts, moving to a new city or state, changes in identity, or entering a new stage of life. Therapy helps provide clarity, grounding, and emotional stability during periods of uncertainty.

Do you offer clinical consultation for therapists?

Yes. I provide clinical consultation for therapists, including support with crisis work, high-acuity cases, trauma-informed care, ethical decision-making, and case conceptualization. Consultation is offered virtually to clinicians in Texas and nationwide.

How do I schedule an appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?

I require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Full details are provided during intake.
